Basically the guy wants to talk to her but she completely ignores him (won't say anything at all to him)
Eventually he touches her, probably to get her attention (maybe he thought she was wearing headphones or deaf) and then repeats himself when he's sure she hears.
She also doesn't reply and just runs off and they end up charging him for attempted rape just for touching her and asking her to come over to his place and kiss in private.
It's kinda heartbreaking. He's not even a bad-looking bloke, def her looksmatch, but hypergamy is so crazy he doesn't stand a chance with even his Brad-tier looks because he isn't Chad.
