I'm going to assume that anything is possible, if this really happens, it's such a rare case that it's not even possible to say that there are foids who fantasize about it, because to be a group of foids it would need to have a number at least a little expressive, but every time you see a foid with a "incel" is probably for money or status, it will never be for fetish because a fetish is something in common by a group of people in relation to sex.
