It would probably exist in other ways than now. The only real solution to inceldom and feminism is enforced monogamy for life under a religious fundamentalist society. Probably not, but at the same time, that does depend on how far the Nazis would go with eugenics and ethnic cleansing after winning WWII. I would imagine if Nazi society became much more lax after winning WWII, that it would be easier for us, but their track record on what they considered the "ubermensch" and how adamant they were about it makes me think not. Though, it would be an equal "cleansing" per se, as they would also wipe out the "inferior" women, too, unlike what the feminists want to do.
Yet again, pretty much every feminist and young woman today has this same eugenics mindset towards sub-6 men, though a good 70% of these women would be categorized by the Nazis as untermensch, along with pretty much 100% of the ones who openly express their feelings about eugenics.
