Probably not, but at the same time, that does depend on how far the Nazis would go with eugenics and ethnic cleansing after winning WWII. I would imagine if Nazi society became much more lax after winning WWII, that it would be easier for us, but their track record on what they considered the "ubermensch" and how adamant they were about it makes me think not. Though, it would be an equal "cleansing" per se, as they would also wipe out the "inferior" women, too, unlike what the feminists want to do.
