If you're just looking for a lifelike sex robot that can perform basic motions and spread it's legs in bed, maybe. But they would just be glorified sex dolls.

If you're looking for a sex robot that is indistinguishable from a real woman both physically and mentally (like the androids in sci-fi movies like "Blade Runner"), then my answer would be no. The human body is way too complex to be replicated by human technology.
