Do you think a mom would be proud of her chad son for getting in trouble at school when they call her? That means her son is not a social retard if he talks a lot in class or bullies kids. If I was a parent, I would be much happier if the teachers told me ‘your child gets in a lot of fights and bullies kids’ than if they told me ‘your child is very quiet huh’
 
I had certificates in elementary school. It did nothing.
 
Subconsciously I think they would be.
 
I got into trouble all the time but in the opposite way you describe. Instead of being a typical shy nerd bully kid I fought back and got suspended many times

i got referrals all the time in elementary and I was late to school nearly every day the last 2 years of high school, mom got those automated phone calls each time but stopped giving a shit after a while.
 
They feel proud thats why every bully's parents virulently defend and supports him
