I think probably it is more common for women in their 20s to age-play as teenage girls (this is called "middles") however since this is less of a taboo, it is probably the more extreme cases of adult women who like to age-regress into pre-teens (this is called "littles") who actually identify with trope semantics such as "ageplay" whereas the more normy stuff like 'hey, I'm a high school cheerleader daddy!' isn't borderline enough to inspire looking for niche communities and specific vocabulary.
