Discussion Do you think a foid's personality can make up for her looks?

I've known foids that I found outright ugly but the more I liked their personalities the less their physical appearance mattered to me. I've imagined myself dating foids even below my looksmatch simply because I liked who they were on the inside.

I honestly don't recall ever seeing or hearing of a toilet dating a guy for his personality. You see it in fiction all the time but in real life? To me, at least in my blue-pilled days, a foid could make up for her looks with her character or her charm as long as she wasn't a literal 1/10 but I have yet to meet one who thinks this way. They say they do and yet they never date down. This is one of the things that pushed me toward the black pill. The fact that toilets could appreciate me enough to be their friend but never enough to consider me dating material made realize just how vile and vapid they are. The idea that they're considered the romantic gender is laughable.

Am I the only guy who experiences attraction this way?

What fiction are you talking about? Male or female target demographic? I've never seen anything targetted towards females where the girl gets with a below chad man.

They all have the same personality, so only the looks matter. But as long as they aren't fat, black, or extremely short, foids almost never look ugly to me. In fact I can't rate them, they all look on the same level to me. Maybe I'll make a thread about this, it's weird, I can't even tell Stacies apart from Beckies.

I watched Marty (1955) recently. The actor isn't really ugly but per the plot he's an incel. She's out of my league is an obvious one, too. Transformers and Scott Pilgrim vs the World also come to mind.

Sounds more male marketed selling the fantasy of being able to get a woman. I've heard Scott Pilgrim is foidslop but I know very little about it and the depiction of Scott doesn't seem too incel tier, more just "HTN/Chadlite with nerd hobbies". It's not like there aren't actors out there who can portray a convincing incel, even ones with name recognition to them, but they never get cast for a leading role in a romance story because it's fundamentally unbelievable and people would be turned off from watching an ugly man succeed rather than being the butt of the jokes.

Scott Pilgrim is at most a low/mid-tier normie. He's supposed to pale in comparison to the foid's ex-boyfriends like Chris Evans and Brandon Routh.
