I'm not sure if mewing is actually legit but I always tape my mouth shut just in case. I can't nosebreathe without it. It's taped right now and I find it hard as fuck to breathe, feels like i'm either going to die because i'm not getting enough air in or my lungs will explode from trying to breathe in too hard. This is hard as fuck but I cannot worsen the condition of my already subhuman chin.

i sleep with a flat pillow right under my neck so I get the same benefits of no pillow but with pillow

I can't breathe through my nose either. Just LOL at thinking suffocating yourself will make your shitty nose work better.

I've tried it before, woke up with a horrible headache. I use a mouthguard that allows me to breathe without my jaw falling back.
