Yes, but only as far as weight and nutrition are concerned, because if I eat everything in a row, I gain weight quickly and start to feel bad about it. It's like if I don't keep calories, then I get fat fast (I can gain 2kg in a week) and then after a week of dieting, I'll lose those 2kg. I have an extremely strange metabolism - I accumulate fat very quickly and get rid of it in the same time. So the answer is 50/50, I don't care about my heart, psyche, or other areas of health, but only my weight.

It'll catch up with you. About two years ago I actually felt like I was dying or about to die. Sometimes I would get a bad heart fluttering after going up the stairs like as if I was about to have a heart attack. I couldn't even go up the stairs without huffing and puffing. I was really fat, about 225lbs. Being fat and so out of shape really sucks.
