In my STEMcel company there are many low-tier normies & incels. All of them, including the incels are 100% bluepilled. The only non-bluepilled guys at my office are Chadlites who have a lot of experience with women, that always ends badly. But they are mainly redpilled, yet also do know some of the blackpill.

Something to realize is low-tier normies & incels have very little contact with women. At least the sexual side of women. They know women only in public like at an office meeting. Where women are social creatures who don't let their true feelings be seen in those type of situations.
