Do you rush conversations in real life?

My social skills were personally getting better but feeling so shitty lately has stunted my social skills to the point where I just rush conversations and want them over and done with.

Can't say I enjoy feeling this way at all. I 0% enjoy this shit and hoping all this shit will pass in time.
