Recently I’ve been rotting in my bed and using my phone. Can’t even find the energy to get out of bed anymore.

Laptop in bed. I literally spend 16 hours a day that way. I do have to work though, so on those days I don't. But when I'm free that's what I do. During vacations or when I was a neet I did that for months and months.
It caused my back muscles to atrophy though. Now my back hurts like hell after just a few hours in a chair. My health is utter shit, though that's mostly cause I spent 2 years totally destroying my health with alcohol.

My setup allows me to LDAR in bed while using my desktop. Legit haven't used a chair at home in years

Laying on my back. My laptop is to the left of me. I've learned to use it with one hand, I'm actually very good at typing one-handed by now. But when I want to type really fast I turn my hips towards the laptop and use both hands. Since I'm laying horizontally, my head is on a pillow that is almost horizontal too, and it's sort of slightly elevated. Over the years I've made it really comfortable.
I lay on the floor
I use either a mobile or IPad. I either sit or lay down and sometimes stand, depending on the situation.
It depends on how tired I am, and what I'm doing. In the morning (or if i'm tired AF), I will lay in my recliner using my phone. I'll respond to messages, check/watch youtube, check the tennis scores, and watch porn/fap. I also do these things while taking my morning shit. However, I find the smartphone too cumbersome for postmaxxing, so I'll wait until I get up to do that. For that, I have a comfy leather chair at my desk, which has a 27 inch tv that is hooked up to my desktop. I'll also use that to watch tennis highlights/gaming.

I've tried to do this before, but I would either hurt my neck, or the laptop would slide off my stomach. I like your thinking though. What I really want to get is a waterproof case for my phone/ipad in the shower.

Desktop (I don't even have a working phone lol, I don't need one anyway since I spend literally months at home) but even if I had phone I'd still prefer desktop.
