Aside from shitty genetics, is your father also to blame? My father isn't a strong, typical father figure tbh. He's very subservient to my mother and she calls the shots in the relationship. I feel like my dad has let me down by not teaching me how to be masculine. I think this has caused me a lot of problems tbh.

My dad used to beat me and not my sisters and trust me I wasn't doing jack shit, I almost never had trouble at school or anywhere, I was a shut in and played video games and stayed on my computer. Lmao the only times I fought at school he didn't do anything. And they expect you to just grow up fine when your life experience is totally different to them up until this point. Fucking normies.
He also wasn't really there and never teached me shit other than the fact that he is not a good men. Not the worst but just low value liar and bluepilled.

My dad was always very distant with me. I have no idea if that affected me in some way - I assume it did but I don't really know the severity. I did inherit my bipolar genes from my father though
