Yes, one cat in particular follows me very well. She meows every day for me to pat her head and when I lie down on the bed, she tries to lie down next to me.

I dread having to take my pet to a vet or something. I mean I'd rather avoid going outside in general. Knowing myself, I'd probably procrastinate on doing something this unpleasant and end up harming my pet with my inaction.

Also, wherever I travel for a long time, I'll have to bring my pet with me or find someone else for it to stay with. Even if I'm gone for several hours, it's bad - pets need company, otherwise they feel bad.

But in terms of making cats happy while around them, yeah, I can do that with no problem. I've lived around cats since I was 5. I still live around cats (not mine) and whenever I walk past them, they don't let me be because they want attention from me.
