So basically our mind is used to seeing our face and when we see us inverted we look uglier.

I consider myself 4/10 but I may be even lower after seeing myself inverted

Its not accurate at all. If you want to know how you actually look ask people you can trust to be honest with you. Phone cameras are terrible and so are mirrors.
