Biggest difference for me in 5 years is that now I'm wearing glasses and I have more face fat.
I'm a 29 yo framecel and I don't look that much different than when I was 20. My wrists, forearems and shoulders have not developed since.

5 years ago (18 yo) I had short hair, no beard, still buttons on my face and I didn't wear hats when going outside.
Now I hairmaxxed, beardmaxxed and hide my balding face every time I go out.

A little but probably because of weight gain for the most part.
5 years ago i was literally 13. Since then my height has increased from 5'6 to 5'9, i grew out my hair. My character has changed drastically as well, primarely because i've embraced the blackpill.
