I just play video games now that I don't feel the need to grind on. Like Minecraft, I find it very peaceful without the competitive edge like other games.

It's a lot of fun trying to optimize grinding.

Only grindy game I have played is Diablo 2/3 and I enjoyed the grind there. I like games like Factorio where you can continuously expand and optimise as well, if that's considered grinding. I also like going for unlocks in TBOI, if that counts.

I like it when I’m learning as I grind, if it’s a game I’m already familiar with, especially the grinding process then I don’t enjoy it. But when I learn new things as I progress it makes it worth while.

very true, + watching videos while doing so. There are super long videos or music albums I've wanted to listen to but could never just sit down and watch/listen, but when grinding I actually could
