Supermarket pork does have a strong smell. Especially older pigs or boars. Young pigs don't have that at all. They smell and taste like heaven.

Completely agree on chicken. It's one of the worst meat choices. Beef and lamb are the best meats. You need those saturated fats, and chicken is mostly just protein and water, no fats at all. I always feel hungry again after eating chicken. Also, most chicken is very toxic, and where I live, you can’t find healthy chicken.
Pork is my favorite meat, it has all the best cuts for tacos.
