Yeah, 390ng/dL. This was to my surprise actually, because I was expecting 1000+ easy. I have a very high DHT pheno, lots of chest hair, went bald young (RIP me, fuck), and libido has always been sky high. Also manage to be strong for my weight, and fairly muscular despite being NEET and underweight. However, my vitamin D levels were something like an order of magnitude lower than the lowest bound of normal range. I did some googling and did learn this is one cause of low T. Been supping with vit D for the last few months, don’t know where test is at the moment, but I expect I will get blood work done again in the near future.

Had mine tested at 29 and it was 430ng/dl. Granted, that was during an era where I was really treating my body like shit. I suspect that my levels are higher now that I have mostly quit drinking and I go to the gym regularly
those who are double that are most likely juicing. i keep mine between 700-800 with trt but have gone up to 1800-1900
