During sentences, i often say the words "yeah" and "right?" irl because it was a regional dialect where i was growing up in surrey.
sometimes, i stutter when i spoke which is caused by my reclusive lifestyle, and i swear a bit too.
common swears i use include fuck, shit, bastard, dammit, hell, faggot and prick.
i yell out "Jesus!" or "Christ!" whenever i have a surprised, scared or shocked reaction to something scary or violent.

bit of both honestly. i just do, which kinda sucks because otherwise im on the articulate side and people kinda zone out when they hear me anyways, even more when i start swearin away... such is the life of the incel tho i suppose
