So this is basically saying the only “normal” eyes are those where there’s no white visible above or below? What if the person is tilting their head up or down?

I believe it, women with almost always visible lower eyewhite are usually BPD or schizo, that's my mother, when she gets in in her strange moods she has double eyewhite, basically panic or overwhelming internal stress manifesting in the eyes.
Beware visible eyewhite particularly in women, womens mental illness is usually much more covert then mens and more manipulative and based on sociability too as opposed to mens on aggression.
I myself have pretty nice albeit maybe too feminine eyes, they are my only good feature though so I like them.
