I have no ass or hips. I do have kinda big man boobs though, It's usually a sign of low T/high estrogen if you're skinny and have wide hips and big boobs as a male. Even if i lose some belly fat, the fat on the boobs wont go away. That is also a sign of low T/High E. Some people told me that it's just chest/pecs muscles but i highly doubt it since i have spaghetti arms.

Could help. More lower body muscle would help spread that fat out so it's less prominent. But building muscle takes forever, so you'd be better off just getting rid of the fat.
