Someone mentioned sleep posture in a different thread but I doubt it will work if your spine is overly curved. It feels like I'm working against my spine if I keep good posture, it feels unnatural.Extremely bad. I have a mix of kyphosis and hyper-lordosis. 2 things can be blamed: I always had bad posture and many medical conditions I have

I see. Mostly on the side, I've tried controlling it but I can't. I guess I have to practiceIn which position do you sleep? Sleeping on your back with a slightly elevated head is best
yeah its really depressingI have big man-boobs (With a skinny-fat body) so I'm insecure about having a good posture, it really calls attention to it... I wear super baggy clothes because of it.
Anyway, my posture is bad, people have pointed out in the past.
