Discussion Do you have Avoidant Personality Disorder?
It sounds like this personality disorder tends to mimic other social phobic disorders. Most of us probably meet most of the requirements but have been diagnoised with other disorders related to social behavior.

I really don't think i should answer that.
My therapist believed I have it, but I think I have general social anxiety because I don’t fear rejection. I just have crippling anxiety when talking to people, whether on the phone or in person. I put things off until the very last second to avoid any social interaction.
