Yes and I also had and still have severe depersonalization and derealization events, where I would craft up a blood guild to stop the pains and was subsequently diagnosed with SPD after someone witnessed one of them and took me to run test at a clinic.

I knew this about myself and as a confirmation my mom took a course where she learnt about this and realized I have it. She consoled me that I don't have autism but asperger, so I'm lucky to be special. As I understand the two are the same condition, but you can call it asperger if you have high IQ.
