I have no female friends I have acquaintances there usually my coworkers but It did help a least to talk to women with a little more confidence but I know nothing will come out of it.

I disagree. The only male/female friendships that I've seen work are when both the male and the female are currently in relationships they're happy with. As a guy, if your single for any length of time and spending that time with female friends, you are going to develop feelings for them that are stronger than those for strangers. If you the guy doesn't find his female friend/s attractive and is single, he will be spending his time looking for a new girl. As to whether the female friend needs to attracted to the guy, from my own experience, I think it is preferable to the point of necessity. When a girl doesn't find you attractive, but due to circumstances she ends up considering you a friend, her femoid mind will still find subtle ways to put you down, emasculate you and just generally be far more unpleasant than male friends would be. As soon as the foid finds a new social circle to embed herself in, she will lose touch with the male friend she isn't attracted to.

Well I speak from my experience, a girl become one of my best friend and I improved my self confidence. Other girls started to looking me differently since they saw me with her too (like less weird?)
When I had school "friends" they all acted like thirsty obnoxious fools around girls, undermining each other for the girls attention, and trying to ruin it for the guy that thought he was the one she was attracted to. The girl would be getting full undivided attention 100% of the time from at least 2 guys at a time. Any attempt I made to participate in this ritual failed in miserable embarrassment.
