There are some cs players who gets their face way too close to the monitor and a position their keyboard in a vertical angle. Idk if that really helps tho I feel like it's uncomfortable and you just look like a try hard. Also it can severely damage eyesight, provides tunnel vision and motion sickness. I don't understand how some players go like this and find them funny looking.

This is my position half the time when I'm playing. Not even joking. My body is skinny enough and my chair is large enough for me to do this. After an hour or two it becomes uncomfortable and I routinely change positions from this to a regular sitting position and then this position again during gaming sessions.

They are this close to the monitor because as we all are aware that speed of light has a travel speed of 300000m/s. By positioning their heads this close to the monitor they can get twice as fast reaction time because the distance for light to travel is way shorter.
