Midface specifically, short guys typically have more squished faces

I'm a horseface, my eyes are too close together, my nose is long my philtrum is also long, my midface ratio is 0.88

on the longer side. bc of my head shape and face composition/shape most strangers I overhear say something like "damn he's ugly" (or one of dozens of derivatives but never said directly to me). Also bc of my balloon head and not having any sharp angles + elongated chin/mid face, as well as missing facial bones, some strangers unironically call me "miss", "ma'am" or some derivative. Or "he looks like a monster"

How wide is your skull

Your insanely tiny frame will look alot different depending on how wide your skull is

My face is long as well. It's as if my face grew more downward than it should have and less forward.
 
Propably long, but just because of nose and philtrum. i have a short bulbous nose with long philtrum. I’m getting a rhinoplasty with anterior nasal spine filler 2026

I think it’s and midface ratio problem instead of FWHR

The high school had around 350-400 students, but yes I'd say I'm in the bottom 0.5% for sure, minimum.

I am but maybe not in the classic "deformed" sense. I just look extremely weird, my face and skull are very uncanny, disproportionate, zero harmony. Yes I'm very asymmetric and yes I just look very "off" but I don't have some lump sticking out somewhere. I do however look "wrong" in various ways.
