i tried to get a permanent friend group like 3 times, first time was semi my fault since i didnt speak to them for a long time cause i was depressed af, the last two times i was just eventually casted out of the friend group.

. I also moved a lot, which made sure I would never have a permanent friend group. I can befriend people very easily but once college classes are over I never have a chance to talk to them again.

No. I have like 1 real friend, 4-6 acquaintances thru marijuana purchasing. Maybe some friend/family through my mom but nobody I can talk to regularly

Fuck this poll is brutal. I figured most of us on here wouldn't have any friends but I didn't think it would be near 100%.
My life is so shit I actually fairly often think about asking to get put in the mental hospital again. Of course some of the inmates in there are off their fucking rockers, but some appear normal or near normal, and you can talk to them, watch TV, play board games or cards etc.
Seeing as I just spend almost all my time alone and have no friends, no family, no job etc. etc., but in the mental hospital you are in a group situation with other people around, and you can talk to some of the staff, go to the supervised gym with the fitness instructor and talk to him, go to the activities room and talk to the activities fellow, there's even a priest who visits sometimes. People are paying attention to you and being nice and friendly to you and willing to talk to you and interact with you.
For a normal person going to the mental hospital would wreck your life, but for me it's like coming in from hillwaking and camping, you've been out in the field in the rain and snow for 48 hours, your clothes are soaked through and you're shivering cold with numb fingers, toes and nose, and you go inside and have a warm bath. Obviously there are drawbacks as well though.

Happened to me as welll. Once my "friends" got their girlfriends they all of a sudden had barely any time.
She came first, always.
