Serious Do you have a bathtub

Random question, I know smaller Apartments usually 1 to 2 bedroom dont even have bathtubs anymore. Only showers.

This is what an average 2 bedroom Apartment looks in Germany. 60 m², not particulary large but still ok for 1 man, I wouldnt mind having another person around tho to do the dishes, laundry, cooking and cleaning, all thing I newd to constantly do myself which is time and energy draining even with decent Management on such a sized Apartment.

Yet, there is no bathtub. Btw I have a bathtub. But mine looks like this one here too. Very similar in fact how my Apartment looks like.

Munich is the second most expensive City in Germany and the average rent for a 1 bedroom Apartment of 40m² is 1200€ which is nearly 1300$.

Mind you Munich average yearly salary is just 58k. Which after taxes as a single unmarried male is about 38k.

A 2 bedroom i think is 1800, which is more then half of the average net income per month.

So yeah. No way most average workers gonna own homes.
