Yeah I got to agree because every day I got to deal with a FUCKING RETARDED DOG that gets in the way of everything.

Foids can be useful in the right circumstances, and perhaps even an asset in the right spirit. Ultimately, however, they are still human (albeit noticeably weaker in the physical and mental sense) and serve to preserve our species through reproduction.
For me, mutts are nothing more than useless, overrated dirt-mongers and annoying, degenerate mutants who do nothing but damage 99.9% of the time.

It's just their nature, they are voracious predators that have no place in human settlements. They don't belong there any more than tigers or lions.
Pretty much every person would agree with the latter, except when it comes to mutts, brainwashing has now become very advanced so that the npcs attribute positive, human character traits to them.
