I stopped working out and living healthy ever since my health got worse.Oh, the irony.
 
Yes because being fat sucks. Struggle moving, constant niggling pains.

ive been very overweight before and i was able to lose 60 pounds and i think beyond more life its the ability to enjoy those years

having stamina is nice too like if you want to play with your dog or do anything physical

for these things you need below 20% bf (on average)
as i said im not going to be that fat i am not a american, and i dont have a dog

I eat 3,500 calories of food a day
 
I train, i think its a good cope and i find it fun tbh. But it wont help me ascend
 
My job is physical so I am always active

I work on a job that requires physical labor, so i have no choice but to stay active.

i can only run .7 miles at a jogging pace, even less at a sprint,

slowly but surely my pace will improve
My stamina isn't that great for jogging or running but I don't do it that often. I should do it more
 
ive been lifting and bloatmaxxing, trying to eat better too so i dont get diabeetus ,id been eating heaps of junk food just for the calories

I used to. I was under the delusion that once I got fit and sexy I'd finally be loved by women. But even at my skinniest I was still ugly. And so I threw away a decade of lifting and dieting and ballooned over 500 lbs.

like to think i dont care about foids but deep down i do

my reason for saying fit as i like to think of it is to retain control over my body, being overweight limits mobility severely and worsens quality of life
 
I avoid junk foods as much as possible, drink yogurt and have some almonds everyday. I also walk for around 1.5hrs almost everyday . Other than these, nothing.
 
I rather rot in my room
