I kinda think in between.
With work you have actually to interact with coworkers which gives you a higher chance of getting in conflict with stupid normies and you get more chances of made up rumors. Ur mainly not left alone and have to deal with assholes

At school occasionally i had to deal with a few assholes but since i didn’t have to interact with them Majority of them kept quiet and didn’t say anything to me. Sometimes yes i would get laughed at or made fun of but it was mainly behind my back. I didn’t have to argue back or anything. I was mainly left alone and on my phone. I could easily ignore and not be at risk of being fired. Besides i didn’t have to work with anyone

I would say none, however, work is a bit “better” than school.You get bullied and slaved at work too but at least you are paid a bit (better than nothing) and you can choose to quit it.You cannot say the same thing about school too
