There are no "incel" forums per se. But there are lots of incel dimensions to the Hikkikomori subculture. Most of it is carried on gaming and anime forums. Because all this existed long before the "incel" thing emerged in the West, Japs generally did not feel the need to mingle here. I am an exception because I am only half-jap and have lived most of my life outside Japan.
