Under this system, people are paid according to their work and get more for doing more. The means of production belong to the society.
Politically wise, it implements democracy and freedom

I don’t support democracy or communism

This system never works. I hate capitalism but demand and supply is a much better scheme of distribution, even if it favors the rich.

In the real world democracy = election. Election = money needed for campaign. State supplying money for campaign = state favoring itself = dictatorship. Money raised through people = rich guys taking over and eroding communism.

Also there's not much point in elections if the state policy doesn't change. It would only mean a change of heads at top. If that doesn't change the system in liberal democracy it surely won't change it in a communist state

Marx himself admitted that under communist rule the production of industry would have to jump inexplicably, democratic communism (oxymoron anyway) would not solve this problem as people would not actually be incentivised to work ultra hard, they would be incentivised to work as much as they want, which isn’t what industry needs, there were multiple wage reforms under soviet rule and they all failed too, your ideology doesn’t fix a gaping failure in Marxian politics

Democracy and communism are mutually exclusive.

no

unless the govt gives me free women

Democracy and communism? I think those are mutually exclusive political doctrines, unless you're talking about some weird spin off type socialist ideology that died in the 1900s. But to answer your question
I don’t support democracy or communism

No. I prefer to live in ill-liberal democracies.

Because democracies allow for capitalism to flourish (which is a good thing because of innovation and a higher standard of living). But capitalism left unchecked causes society to decay because of greed, complacency, and degeneracy.

Thats why I prefer ill-liberal democratic societies. America would be a liberal democracy. With regards to its domestic economic policies and social life, it is very liberal. That is why it is so degenerate and rapidly decaying.

Democracy and communism are mutually exclusive.
why, communism will bring true democracy, because everyone is equal in economic rights

why, communism will bring true democracy, because everyone is equal in economic rights
Because human nature is about greed, selfishness and oppression. An economic system not considering this fact will fail very quickly.
Communist dictatorships also have/had economic elites, they are the ones who move into the mansions of the expelled elite, they drive better cars, they purchase better products from capitalist countries. It always ends up that way. Plus social and political rights are also cut back.

Us isn’t suppose to be a democracy either.
We are a republic.
