I remember that to unlock the secret arena you had to win money in the bank at the highest difficulty. Easiest way was to play as the Great Khali and then put some cruiserweights as your opponents. They couldn't lift you and barely did damage which made the challenge a bit easier because money in the bank was so hard in that game.
