Do you guys cope by watching violent movies like the Cannibal Holocaust or Rampage?

I don't mind watching people getting shot. It's fairly satisfying to see. What I dislike specifically is anything involving sharp blades or other similar acts. Maybe I'm a pussy

I don't mind watching it but getting cut or poked by needles is my biggest weakness. I can take all other forms of damage including chemical burns, but cutting hurts really bad.

Same. It's strange because irl when I'm having blood extracted by a nurse for example I don't feel that bad.

Yet, when I see it happen in a movie or game I have to close my eyes.

Is Cannibal Holocaust worth watching for someone who's pretty indifferent to gore? I know it's a pretty influential film but I hope there's much more to the story when you take away the shock element

It has vague elements of ethics but mostly it is just a gore feast

I put on Human Centipede 2 in the morning about once every other week or so. It's such a great way to start the day. I do other things in the morning so it's mostly like background noise for me now.
