Depends. If I'm really attracted yes. Otherwise, it's mostly fear of being called a creep, being metoo'd, dealing with a hostile reaction. I won't even help a woman usually because of it now, unless she's old.

well, apparently i did.

It gets a little better as you get older. Younger girls who are pretty show me more respect because I'm older, etc etc now days. Those same type of girls (pretty foids) would have treated me like shit in HS and College. However, if I encounter a 30-40 year old foid who is pretty (especially if she happens to be single) the nervousness can return. But I basically have no expectations and try nothing with them, so its tolerable. I deal with anxiety about being Metoo'd regardless of their age or if I'm attracted to them. As long as they're female, I stay away from interactions beyond simple friendliness.
