Was watching a film from 1982 with full blown titty and sex, my dad would get up and walk to the kitchen every time, and my mom would turn and look at me and say "This movie is definitely rated R".

As a 23 y/o man I should not feel uneasy about these scenes. Its almost like I never matured and developed after age 13.

I sometimes watch R-Rated movies with my parents, and when I was a teenager I'd be getting boners all over the place when anything sexual came on. It was very uncomfortable, haha.

We ended up watching that movie Secretary together, simply because my dad saw it got good reviews. If you don't know it's a movie about a woman discovering her fetish for BDSM.

Nowadays I pick out the movies, and I mostly veto anything that even has brief nudity in it. I also won't watch anything with a female main character, and I won't watch a movie that was written or directed by a female. Frankly I can't watch a movie that has anything sexual in it; it's too distracting! Even an iota of female conjures a barrage of unpleasant feelings.

This is a screenshot of the scene from the movie I watched, this scene lasted for 3 minutes NO JOKE

Who wants to watch sex scenes with their parents? Now literally every movie has some cheesy romantic subplot crammed in so its kind of unavoidable.

I don't want to, it just happens. Especially if its a movie nobody has seen.

Yeah man, I'm 36 years old, I remember when there was always sex and nudity in any R-Rated movie. You were going to see titties if a movie was rated R back in the '80s and some of the '90s. Maybe it was the remnants of Deep Throat and The Devil in Missus Jones almost being mainstream.

At that time directors included sex in films without even thinking. But really, who can finish watching a drama or action movie after several minutes of fucking???

I don't watch movies with my parents. But yeah, sex scenes make me uncomfortable in general unless I'm alone.

It's normal to be uncomfortable watching sex scenes with anybody you're not having sex with. To not be is to be some kinda crazy psychopath.

me and my mom both love leo dicaprio
saw wolf of wallstreet with her opening day
holy shit she hated that movie and i was laughing my guts out the while time. nudity doesnt affect me anymore and she knows i watch porn constantly so nothing really phases us. we legit thought the movie was about him just becoming a rich banker. sort of like catch me if you can . the trailers really fucking gave a distorted view on the movie

As a child my parents would simply tell me to leave the room when the "nasty parts" came up so for a long time i really didnt even know what "nasty" meant. In my teens the rule changed so i could either close my eyes or they would tell me to look away from the screen. This lasted until about 15 or so.

Once I hit 15 i got me a job and honestly they started treating me as an adult. My mom still didnt like me to look at nudity but used this as an opportunity to talk to me about safe sex whenever a scene came on and my dad was finally glad we could watch nude girls as father and son and talk about how hot they were. Im sure both my parents though id be having sex soon like they were at my age so they were obviously worried. Lukcily for them im a virgin hahahahahahah
bwhahahahahahahahahahaha
ahahahahahahaha (kill me now. plz...FUKINDOIT!)

I watch with my parents movies that I pre-select before. Less romantic shit, the better. I feel extremely uncomfortable when there is sex scene, even if it's just filmed that you can only see shadows, or couple kissing, without naked bodies. In cases like that when we watch some movie I didn't preselect before my mother screams 'oh my god' and want to change channel.
Good thing is that my parents have more or less good taste in movies, so both my dad and mom prefers good old movies like Rambo or Terminator or Scarface, Goodfellas etc Gore is not a problem so I can watch movies like The Thing too, although no one in my family likes pure horror movies(The Thing is more sci-fi/action movie).
To be honest I don't like to wach sex/romantic scenes in movies even if i watch them alone, I mean usually romance is pretty hamfisted. Also I just don't like to watch other guys having sex with women even when I masturbate I do it to solo photos of women. It seems kinda weird for me to watch someone else having sex, unless it's important to the plot(spoiler alert: usually isn't)

I feel the same way. Although it’s probably because my parents never discussed those things with me.

My parents always skipped all of them. Nowadays I only watch horror movies because everything else is degenerate worthless trash.

I used to just change the channel tbh

I'm automatically turned off by a movie as soon as there's a sex scene, whether I'm watching alone or not.

The most popular sex scene that everybody has seen with their parents was probably the Titanic one...
