Do you feel lonely

I'm experiencing this sensation for the first time in 8 years. I'm ok with dealing being sexually frustrated and horny. But feeling lonely is another case.
This feeling is worse than anything else.
I guess it because I haven't been in gym for 5 days

Yeah, I feel this way. Sometimes more than others. When it hits really hard, I’m sometimes unsure what to do.

It can occasionally help if I schedule a reason to out and about, even if it doesn’t involve other people. Just the change in scenery can help with breaking the thought patterns and get you out of the funk of thinking yourself in circles.
