Venting Do you ever think wanting to ascend is an illusion?

It sounds like a band-aid solution. If you have gone so far in life without ascending, there are clearly other issues in your life which have stopped it from happening. You might be autistic, deformed, NEET, sub 5, have mental problems, be poor, lack meaning, a combination, a sick society, etc.. If this is the case, then what is the point of clinging on to the thought of ascension? It is pointless seeing how ascending won't fix the other problems. Of course not ascending by a certain age may exacerbate problems, but it sounds ridiculous that having a gf is going to fix the problems that trouble you (a reason brought up by normies why some relationships fail). Then what do you really want?

I feel like I've been losing my mind lately. Maybe I think from a position of cope.

There is no true ascension for truecels, not even sex. Nothing can make up for those years of rejection and isolation. Ascension is only a dream for some of us, similar to winning the lottery or somehow succeeding.

unless you are some failed normie fuck who is just pissed that he can't get laid then I doubt you will having anything solved by getting a girl. Sex is not some magic act that instantly cures depression. If you are blackpilled and I mean really blackpilled to the extent that you start delving into obscure and taboo philosophy and looking at genetic determinism and how it plays into more than just looks you will not have your life fixed by a GF plain and simple.
