I get the first part a lot (hitting myself on the head and blabbering nonsense while laughing hysterically). I have severe breakdowns during the night with laughter outbursts, my mother has pointed that out several times. In reality I am not laughing at some video or meme or anything like that, it is a hysterical uncontrollable laughter of defeat and insanity this world has brought upon me

I did this a lot when I was younger I just switched to other forms of SH as I got older
