My coworkers are as ugly as me and I expected them to incel, but then they mentioned they have gfs. I was kind of shocked that they had gfs because some of them are really weird looking and short.

Here's the thing: I'm just not meeting women my age or younger. I go to work where ALL women I have met are older than me and usually married. I don't participate in online dating and don't want to because I feel it is degenerate and looks-based. I don't drink alcohol so I don't enjoy going to bars and attempting to meet women there - I didn't see men approaching women at the bars I went to so I am not even sure if meeting women at bars is still a thing in 2018. I tried meeting women at my church but guess what - there NO YOUNG WOMEN in my city who practice my religion, there are lots of women but they are all 60+ years old.

I honestly just wish I had some way to interact with young women, even if it's just a cause "hello my name is...", and even if they don't necessarily all like me. Because the way it is now, I feel SO MUCH PRESSURE, when I finally do meet a young woman, because I don't know when the next time will be that I meet another young woman. I am 25.

Not really. An incel is a 3/10 or less, and even some 3/10's can get women if they moneymax or thugmax. I'd say the amount of men out there that truly cannot get a girl no matter what they do is probably about 10-20% of the western male population, which isn't as much as it may seem.
