a lot of the self improvement should be recognized that it is done for you and you only. if you're ugly, self improvement won't necessarily increase the odds of attracting someone; you'd be in the same position of not having taken up self improving.

I’m above the age of 25. Around the age of 21 I realized something was terribly wrong / horrible, and around 22 I made drastic steps to improve myself on a superficial level. I worked out, lost weight, gained muscles (friends called me “big arms), spent 3 years updating my profile online, put myself out there more. I even got a nose job.
I worked out, learned an instrument, tried two different martial arts, attended about 6 different churches, visited several meet up groups, went to a meetup New Years Eve party, visited about 10 different bars, etc.
And it all got me nowhere. I’ve made two male friends in that process which is great, but I barely see them because they have their own lives.
So shut the fuck up about self improvement. Most of you normoid fags haven’t done a 10th of what I’ve done but because you don’t have inbred Slavic facial genetics everything works out for you.
