Aside from phytoestrogens, there's the poor fatty acid composition of soybean oil to consider as well - linoleic acid promotes inflammation, is highly prone to oxidation, and is already packed excessively into the food supply. Glyphosate too - I shouldn't need to tell anyone about literal fucking toxic fucking toxicity here. It's a bland seed with very little merit.
I don't buy prepared food, usually just eat something from the following list in various combinations:
garlic (raw)
onions
carrots
celery
greens (kale, chard, collard, etc.)
rice
millet
buckwheat
wheat
non-soy, non-peanut legumes
olive oil
coconut oil
milk, yogurt (cow)
baking chocolate
sardines
ground meat on occasion
almonds, tahini, sunflower seeds, etc. in rare cases
