I eat the most in dinner, I fact I have been skipping breakfast since years ago.
I always felt like breakfast is very few foodI eat solely breakfast and lunch. I always felt like eating 'dinner' was too much? I suppose when I started trying to lose weight, I just naturally phased out dinner. It's just a decently sized breakfast meal, and then lunch, and it gives me room for one to two snacks per day.
Dinner, I hate to go to bed feeling hungry
