I eat the most in dinner, I fact I have been skipping breakfast since years ago.
 
idk neither really, i just graze like a cow i eat very little at most 1 meal a day
 
I eat solely breakfast and lunch. I always felt like eating 'dinner' was too much? I suppose when I started trying to lose weight, I just naturally phased out dinner. It's just a decently sized breakfast meal, and then lunch, and it gives me room for one to two snacks per day.
 
I usually eat all 3 but I think I have massive lunches more.

Lunch. I never have breakfast (don't even wake up early enough to eat it). I typically buy junk food for lunch and feel sated for the remainder of the day. I might have a small amount of dinner, or skip it. All I had today, for instance, was a burger and onion rings around 1pm.

You can honestly skip it altogether, and it's arguably better for you if you do, I'm pretty sure.

I just really like breakfast. I like eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and so on and so forth.
 
Lunch and dinner

I skip breakfast
 
I only really have a dinner.

-"Breakfast" for me: two chocolate chip cookies, a bowl of dry Cheerios.
-Throughout the day: a serving of some random snack (usually crackers), serving of chips.
-Dinner: either five chicken strips/tenders or ten large nuggets (I would rather have them grilled, but frozen grilled chicken tastes like shit and I absolutely HATE cooking), three squares of dark chocolate.
-At night (I get up late due to my job so my snacking continues into the night): four small cookies, two servings of pretzel sticks.
 
I always eat a massive bowl of cereal with some toast on the sides for breakfast.

I have whatever is around for lunch which isn’t usually much.

It depends on what my dad makes for dinner but it’s not as much as my breakfast
 
I don't really eat breakfast most days. I usually have a small lunch like a cup of soup or bologna and cheese sandwich and then have a large dinner.
 
I never feel good after eating breakfast so i usually just have one huge meal for lunch

I eat only once a day, and usually well after midnight. But then I stuff myself.
 
I only eat 2x per day. If it wasn't for me Running and working out in the mornings, I would eat once a day. Would skip breakfast, only drink pure black organic coffee without additives in the morning and only eat well balanced dinner in the evening. I honestly think if you can, that's the best and healthiest option. It's how we lived in nature isn't it? If your dinner is unprocessed, healthy, raw milk for drink, other animal products from the farm, a variety of vegetables, fruits, some starch, fish etc that's really healthy for the body. A big plate of a variety of everything. Intermittent fasting lowers inflammation.but in the mornings I fuel myself decently woth some porridge, dutch corn from the farm, fruit like blueberries and coffee, sometines other things, I have to cause otherwise I won't have energy and pass out.

i never skip breakfast, but i at times speak dinner or/and lunch

I don’t eat breakfast or dinner, I eat one meal in the middle of day with snacks at random times.

Same up until recently, I was getting super skinny so I had to start almost forcing myself breakfast. During the day I would just forget to eat as well.
