i am ND asf and look okay at best though I’m not objectively attractive. I feel like the worst part of me are my mental issues and they have only gotten worse and worse by year. But the question said "fairly good looking" (specified as 6-6.5 decile), so it would exclude chad/chadlite tier appearance. I doubt someone who is severely mentally impaired would be able to ascend if they were anything but extremely attractive.
