it's more of a subconscious thing in either case (unless it involves a deeper race fetish like noodles have for white men). I think if you saw a med/mena girl with blue eyes she would probably seem more aesthetically pleasing than a girl with brown eyes. but on a biological level men are still nowhere near as selective about those kinds of subtle genetic traits as women are
