Not only do I reject the idea of immortal souls and free will, I don't think any of us really exist, at least not as individuals. Something can't be both alive and dead, existent and nonexistent. If time is merely a measurement, the manner through which we perceive the world, then the only true existence is that of permanence, and it's immeasurable in character. If I have a soul then it will either die with me, or it will be so stripped of anything resembling my consciousness and will, that upon death it would be no longer accurate to call it mine.
