In our current gynocentric society, yes. Child support laws only make sense when courts are actually fair, and when no-fault divorce laws are out of the picture; not to mention the fact that currently, women have unilateral power when it pertains to reproduction due to abortion, which makes this even more asymmetrical.

Make it mandatory to spend the Money solely on the child and the parent with the child (in this case the foid) must prove with documents, receipts etc. that she used it on the Child.

Think it should be a fraction of what it is and women should be forced to provide proof of purchases or something.
